mt.f_fromks

f_fromks(k1, k2)[source]

Get the theoretical maxima distribution f, from the values of k_1, k_2.

For more information, see 1 or 2 (in the latter, k_1 corresponds to (kappa_j)^2 and k_2 to (eta_j)^2).

Parameters
  • k1 (float) – The parameter k_1.

  • k2 (float) – The parameter k_2.

Returns

Theoretical distribution of the maxima, f.

Return type

function
